We are trying to apply the certificate of US CUSTOMS C-TPAT. and we have got the official response from US CUSTOMS as following:

The points what must be tested according to ISO 17712 as following:

1)Tensile strength
Tensile Test Data: High Security Seal Requirement: 10.0 kN
2)Shear
Shear Test Data: High Security Seal Requirement: 341 kgf minimum
3)Bend
Bending Test Data: High Security Requirement – Minimum 50 Nm to failure on rigid seal
4)Impact
Impact Test Data: High Security Seal Requirement: Impact Load – 40.68 Joules
They must be tested at different temperature

The test report must be validated by a certified third party
